To estimate shipping costs, please provide your order details including shipping address. Once we have received this information, we will provide you with a shipping estimate and payment details. At the time you place an order, payment is not necessary. After confirming your order with the company, we will provide you with the total amount including shipping costs. We will contact you to confirm the total amount before processing your order.

All charges must be paid by the importer prior to shipment. If you need any clarification regarding the payment do not hesitate to contact manager Mr. Ishan via whatsapp or email.

Unpaid orders can be canceled at any time. Once the order is packed and ready for export after payment, it can no longer be canceled.

We are pleased to inform our customers that we have a safe packaging process for the export of live fish and coral reefs sold by our company and we have a staff with specialized equipment and experience to pack the shipment. No returns can be made, however, if a fish has died of a complication we will be sending a fish in the next batch under our terms and conditions. Once the packages are received, it is important to open the boxes and release the fish as soon as possible.

In the event of a fish being stressed and dies, the importer should inform the company within 24 hours of the time of receipt of the package and it is mandatory to obtain clear video and photographic evidence of the loss in the unopened package itself. It is the responsibility of the importer to open and release the fish very quickly once it comes to you alive. While there have been a few reports of fish mortality, our existing customers have not requested replacements. We provide them with fish at very easy prices and they make huge profits. The loss of a fish is not a big loss for them and we are long-term friends and customers. So I am happy to invite new customers to deal with us and negotiate favorably.
