a. Unpaid orders can be canceled at any time. Once the order is packed and ready for export after payment, it can no longer be canceled.
b. Due to the nature of our products (live fish and coral reefs), returns are not accepted. However, if a fish has died due to complications, we will send a replacement fish in the next batch, subject to our terms and conditions.
